Education
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 50% marks
- Must be computer literate
Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Gold Loan company
- Gold Loan Operations experience is mandatory
- Candidate should be comfortable with local language + English
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions and maintain service standards
- Selling and cross-selling Gold Loan and related products
- Manage complete Gold Loan documentation
- Handle the end-to-end Gold Loan process
- Ensure safe custody and management of gold assets
- Manage vault operations, keys and storage controls
- Handle customer follow-ups, renewals and loan closures
- Securely handle gold during renewal/closure
- Working knowledge of gold valuation
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain bookkeeping and basic accounting entries
- Ensure compliance, process adherence and operational controls
