The Branch Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, customer documentation, compliance processes, record maintenance, and administrative activities. The role plays an important part in ensuring smooth branch functioning while providing efficient support to customers and the sales team.
- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning as per company SOPs.
- Handle customer documentation, KYC verification, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist customers throughout the gold-selling process and explain documentation and process requirements.
- Address customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with branch and corporate teams for operational requirements and approvals.
- Maintain branch registers, reports, and digital and physical operational files.
- Ensure transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation and records. - Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track branch operational metrics, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely reporting to the corporate office.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in branch operations, administration, banking operations, NBFC, retail operations, customer service, or back-office functions.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work responsibly and follow company SOPs.
