Branch Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient cash handling, disbursements, and sanctions processing.
• Oversee loan processing from application to disbursement, including credit checks and risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to branch operations.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning of the branch.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong understanding of branch operations, cash handling, cash management, disbursement processes.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
