Responsibilities

• Processing of disbursement of small ticket < 20 lakh secured against Residential or Commercial property.
• The coverage will be in Tier II and Tier III locations around Mumbai.
• Role involves verification of post approval documentation as per SOP.
• Ensuring error free processing of disbursement.
• Should be fully conversant with KYC guidelines and regulatory changes related to KYC.
• Understanding of NACH and E-NACH registration process.
• Understanding of Loan originating system and Loan Management system.
• Understanding of local property documentation and stamping requirements as per state law.
• Responsible for storage of files and property documents till the time it is not sent to CPU or storage vendor.
• Responsible for Periodic training to Sales and credit team on documentation requirement and disbursement SOP, E-NACH.
• Liasoning with CPU team for disbursement payment.
• Attending walk in customers and attending their requests.
• Follow up with Sales and credit team for Deferral clearance and pen ding documentation.
• Attending to queries of internal and external auditors.
• Managing title search and valuers and coordinating for reports
• Managing payments for these vendors through technology
• Should be conversant with the process of e Sign, e Stamp, e NACH etc.
• Creating mortgages through simple or registered mortgage
• Conversant with CERSAI and CKYC requirement
• Maintaining checklists and MIS as per requirement
• Coordinating with central unit on customer services and deliveries
