Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Drive business growth through CASA, deposits, loans, insurance, and wealth management products.
• Achieve branch targets for revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and cross-selling.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the branch sales and service team.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNI, existing, and prospective customers.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal banking policies.
• Monitor customer service, operational efficiency, and complaint resolution.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the branchs market presence.
