Location: Park Street & Behala, Kolkata
CTC: 3 - 5 LPA + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Manage branch operations and daily business activities
Achieve monthly sales and business targets
Handle customer relationships and service excellence
Supervise branch staff and ensure productivity
Monitor cash transactions and operational compliance
Generate leads and support local marketing activities
Maintain branch reports and documentation
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Senior Sales Executive
- Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience in Gold Loan, Gold Buying, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services preferred
- Customer-focused approach and sales orientation
