Role & responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities and designing policies to achieve them,
• Making long-term plans, Ensures organizational goals are achieved.
• Develop strong team and ensuring quality results are achieved•   

Supervision of billing, collections, banking, statutory compliances

• Periodical MIS, Budgeting, Returns filing
• Supervision of individual and functional performance
• Manage, control and develop the Air Freight (FAR) import & export operational activities in the area in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets. 
• Negotiate for good pricing with Airline. Sales knowledge

Preferred candidate profile

• Having Import / Export and Cargo Product Knowledge.
• Thorough knowledge in Pricing. 
• Should have Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Sell
• Should have Leadership and Administration skills.
• Effective Team Leadership skills. Coaching & Mentoring Skills
