Roles and Responsibilities Branch Manager

• Manage overall branch operations and ensure achievement of recruitment and manpower deployment targets.
• Handle client relationships, coordinate with clients, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead and monitor recruiters, team leaders, and operations teams to achieve business targets.
• Ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, joining, and replacement of candidates.
• Monitor employee attendance, payroll processing, and manpower billing.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Track branch revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance reviews.
• Resolve client, employee, and operational issues promptly.
• Identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition and business growth.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates from the staffing industry or recruitment agencies will be preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong experience in team management, client handling, recruitment, and branch operations is preferred.
