Prime Responsibility

• Drive branch revenue, profitability, and business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNI and retail clients.
• Lead, mentor, and retain branch team members.
• Conduct investor awareness programs and lead generation activities.
• Monitor branch performance and implement business development strategies.
• Ensure smooth branch administration, asset management, and CRM compliance.
• Oversee daily branch operations, customer service, and grievance resolution.
• Manage operational risks and ensure business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and company policies.
• Maintain audit standards, information security, and statutory compliance.
• Certification Preferred: Graduate with NCFM Certification, NISM certificate, AMFI Mutual Fund Certification)
