Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient handling of customer transactions and services.
  
• Oversee retail liability products such as FDs, CASA, current accounts, and other deposit products.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase branch sales performance through effective team handling and leadership.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field (BM).
  
• Strong understanding of Branch Handling, Branch Management, Branch Operations, Branch Sales, Heading Branch, Team Handling, Liabilities management.
  
• Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve business objectives.
