Branch Manager Wholesale Pharmacy
Location: Monrovia, Liberia
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the wholesale pharmacy branch.
- Achieve sales, revenue, and sales targets.
- Manage sales, inventory, deliveries, and customer orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and other customers.
- Supervise and motivate branch staff.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, receivables, and cash collections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Commerce, or any field.
- 14 years of experience
- High integrity, accountability, and ability to achieve targets.
