Role Description The Branch Manager role at Jainam is a full-time, on-site position based in Junagadh City. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure efficient service delivery, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch staff, driving business growth through client acquisition and retention, and monitoring branch performance against targets. The role involves building strong relationships with traders and investors, addressing client queries, and coordinating with central teams to implement strategies and improve processes. The Branch Manager will also be expected to prepare regular reports, manage budgets, and support marketing and outreach activities within the local market.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising and developing a team.
• Proficiency in branch operations, including process oversight, compliance, and service quality management.
• Business development and client relationship management skills, preferably within financial services or broking.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in working with performance metrics and operational data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in financial markets are an advantage.
• Prior experience in branch management or a similar leadership role, ideally within trading, investment, or banking domains.
• High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and readiness to work on-site in Junagadh City.
