Branch Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow agency channel, increase revenue through cross-selling health insurance products.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in agency management.
• Proven track record in developing successful recruitment programs for new agents.
• Strong understanding of agency sales principles and practices with ability to develop effective partnerships with clients.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
