Branch Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer service.
• Oversee sales teams to achieve targets, provide coaching and guidance on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposits, cross-sell products, and improve overall revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 6-15 years of experience in retail branch banking or similar industry.
• Proven track record in managing branches or teams with excellent results.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products and services, including CASA deposits.
