Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and drive business growth in the Agency Channel. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, developing high-performing sales teams, achieving business targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch revenue and achieve assigned business targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Agency Managers and advisors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching for productivity enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6-12 years of experience in Agency Sales.
• Minimum 3 years of stability in the current organization.
• Candidates must have Life Insurance industry experience only.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial/team handling role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
