Role & responsibilities
- Achieve monthly Home Loan and LAP business targets.
- Generate new customers through DSA, connectors, builders and direct sales.
- Manage the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Guide and manage the branch sales team.
- Ensure proper collection of documents and coordinate with Credit, Legal and Technical teams.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely login and disbursement.
- Monitor branch performance and daily sales activities.
- Ensure good customer service and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular market visits for business development.
