Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch sales, operations, and business performance.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the branch sales team.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition and business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
• Track team performance and ensure timely achievement of targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain high service standards.
• Prepare and review branch performance reports and MIS.
