Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the entire branch operations for the gold loan business.
• Achieve monthly and annual branch sales and collection targets. *
• Supervise, guide, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities including KYC, loan processing, and vault management.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, audit standards, and compliance norms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure business growth and retention.
• Handle branch administration and coordinate with regional and corporate offices.
• Oversee the entire branch operations for the gold loan business.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC operations.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of KYC, RBI guidelines, and gold valuation processes.
• Gold Loan Experience mandatory
