Branch Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations and daily activities.
• Achieve branch business and loan and sales targets.
• Lead, guide and monitor branch staff.
• Handle customer relationships and resolve complaints.
• Monitor loan sourcing, documentation, disbursement and collections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Track branch performance and prepare regular reports.
• Support business development and customer acquisition.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Any Graduate preferred.
• Experience in banking, NBFC preferred.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of loans, sales and branch operations.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented with good decision-making skills.
• Willingness to handle field and branch-level activities.
