Position-Branch Manager

CTC Upto 7 LPA

Locations-Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall sales and business development of the branch.
• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual Life Insurance business targets.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the branch sales team.
• Recruit, train and develop sales professionals and insurance advisors.
• Generate business through direct sales, referrals, customer acquisition and other sales channels.
• Develop new customer relationships and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, follow-ups and conversions.
• Conduct regular team meetings and review individual/team performance.
• Guide team members on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer handling.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop local market potential.
• Ensure proper follow-up of leads and improve conversion ratios.
• Monitor branch performance against business targets and take corrective actions where required.
• Ensure proper documentation, policy processing and compliance with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer servicing.
• Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.
