Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations, business growth, profitability, and portfolio quality in line with organizational targets.
• Drive achievement of branch targets for loan disbursement, collections, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure proper sourcing, verification, documentation, appraisal, and processing of loan applications as per company policies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, KYC/AML requirements, audit standards, and regulatory procedures.
• Review daily/monthly branch MIS, productivity, disbursement, collection, and operational performance and take appropriate action.
• Conduct regular field visits and market analysis to understand customer needs, competition, and business potential.
• Handle customer grievances and ensure high standards of customer service and retention.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, training, and coaching to improve employee productivity.
• Ensure timely resolution of audit observations and adherence to process and risk-control measures.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate with minimum 5+ years experience in NBFC/Insurance/Banking sector
