Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle overall branch operations and administration.
• Achieve branch business targets including loan disbursement and revenue generation.
• Lead and monitor sales, collections, and customer service activities.
• Manage and motivate branch staff for productivity and performance.
• Ensure portfolio quality and control delinquency/NPAs.
• Monitor customer verification, documentation, and loan processing activities.
• Maintain compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
• Develop local market strategies for business growth.
• Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Prepare and submit branch MIS reports and performance updates.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and training initiatives.
