Job Title:

Branch Manager Gold Loan & Investment (NBFC)

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing overall branch operations, driving gold loan business growth, handling customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with NBFC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently
• Drive gold loan and investment business targets
• Handle customer acquisition and relationship management
• Ensure proper gold appraisal, valuation, and safe custody
• Monitor loan disbursement, repayment, and collections
• Maintain branch profitability and achieve revenue targets
• Supervise and guide branch staff performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and NBFC regulations
• Handle audits, documentation, and reporting activities
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service
