Role & responsibilities
- Achieve branch business targets and profitability
- Manage daily branch operations efficiently
- Lead and motivate branch staff for business growth
- Ensure customer acquisition and portfolio expansion
- Monitor collections and control overdue accounts/NPA
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
