Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager from the jewellery industry to handle showroom operations, drive sales performance, and lead team management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage overall branch operations including sales, customer service, and daily targets
• Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance to achieve business goals
• Handle billing, accounting activities, and petty cash management
• Ensure excellent customer relationship management and satisfaction
• Implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to boost revenue
• Identify business risks and opportunities for growth
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures
• Train and develop staff for performance improvement

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience in Jewellery Showroom Management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle sales targets and team management
