Branch Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations and performance of the branch.
• Drive student admissions and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor and guide the sales/admission team to improve conversion and performance.
• Manage batch schedules, student coordination and smooth day-to-day class operations.
• Coordinate with trainers and monitor their attendance, punctuality, performance and training quality.
• Ensure batches are conducted as per schedule and students receive a good learning experience.
• Track student feedback, attendance and course progress.
• Identify gaps in sales, training or branch operations and take corrective action.
• Coordinate between students, trainers and the sales team for smooth branch functioning.
• Prepare and monitor branch performance reports and key performance indicators.
• Take ownership of branch growth, team performance and operational improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1+ year of experience in branch management, sales, business development, education, training or operations.
• Experience managing a team or coordinating multiple functions will be preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage trainers, students and sales team effectively.
• Strong follow-up, planning and execution skills.
• Graduate preferred.
