Branch Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and market research to inform decision-making.
• Lead a team of professionals in achieving sales goals, providing coaching and guidance as needed.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in retail banking or related field with a focus on branch management.
• Strong background in Business Development, Customer Service, Operations Management, Sales, Marketing, Financial Management, Budgeting, Market Research.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
