Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall Gold Loan branch operations, business targets and profitability.
• Drive gold loan sales, disbursement, renewals and customer acquisition.
• Lead and motivate the branch sales/operations team to achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure proper gold appraisal, valuation, documentation, KYC and loan processing as per company policy.
• Manage collections, overdue accounts, renewals and portfolio quality.
• Develop relationships with customers and generate business through local market activities.
• Ensure 100% compliance, audit readiness and security of gold ornaments.
• Monitor branch MIS, daily business performance and productivity.
• Handle customer grievances and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with regional/zonal teams for business growth and operational requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• 38 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking.
• Prior experience managing a Gold Loan branch/team preferred.
• Strong knowledge of gold loan processes, gold valuation, KYC and collections.
• Good sales, team-management and customer-handling skills.
• Graduate preferred.
• Strong local market knowledge and communication skills.
