Job Description: Branch Manager - UP

Role Purpose

Responsible for achieving sales, market expansion, channel development, team management, and profitability for the assigned UP region.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets through Dealers, Distributors, Sub-Dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Carpenters, and Institutional Accounts.
• Drive Primary & Secondary Sales through the sales team and channel partners.
• Identify, appoint, and develop new Dealers/Distributors and strengthen existing channel relationships.
• Identify new and untapped markets and convert low/no-sales territories into revenue-generating markets.
• Manage key channel partners and ensure effective market coverage and product availability.
• Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Develop relationships with Architects,Interior Designers, Contractors, and Carpenters and conduct influencer activities.
• Monitor credit, collections, outstanding, and bad debts to minimize revenue leakage.
• Manage branch/region sales budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, market trends, and brand positioning.
• Submit regular sales, market, competitor, and performance MIS to Senior Management.
• Participate in management reviews and implement area-specific action plans for business growth.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and strategic objectives.

Candidate Profile

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Laminates, Plywood Industry.
• Strong experience in channel sales, distributor management, market development, and team handling.
• Good knowledge of the UP market and dealer/distributor network.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across UP.
