Branch Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.
• Lead a team of insurance agents to achieve sales goals, provide coaching, training, and feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 6-15 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets as an agent or manager.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams for improved performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service.
