About this role
Position: Branch Manager ( Bharuch )
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the branch team.
- Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, including Brokers, Relationship Managers, and administrative personnel
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals.

- NISM certification as applicable, with timely renewal as required.
Experience:
