Branch Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the branch sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Drive Direct Channel Life Insurance sales and new customer acquisition.
• Set sales targets for the team and monitor daily performance.
• Generate leads and ensure effective lead distribution and conversion.
• Monitor team productivity, sales pipeline and policy issuance.
• Recruit, train and develop sales team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Support team members in customer meetings and complex sales cases.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a good customer experience.
• Track key business parameters such as premium, policies, conversion and productivity.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes and compliance requirements.
• Take corrective actions to improve branch performance and achieve business targets.

Candidate Profile

• 48 years of experience in Life Insurance / BFSI Sales.
• Prior experience in Branch Management and Team Handling.
• Strong experience in Direct Channel Sales preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and premium targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and motivate a sales team.
• Target-driven with strong business development skills.
