Branch Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.
• Oversee customer service delivery, resolving issues promptly and providing excellent support to customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling of retail banking products such as current accounts, saving accounts, fixed deposits (FD), etc.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of security for all transactions.

Job Requirements :

• 6-15 years of experience in retail branch banking or related field.
• Strong knowledge of liability products including current account, saving account, FD, etc.
• Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve business objectives.
