Job Title: Branch Manager – Equity Broking & Trading

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations for equity broking and trading.
• Drive revenue through equity, derivatives, mutual funds and other investment products.
• Acquire new clients and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
• Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve business targets.
• Generate leads through branch networking, references, corporate tie-ups and local market activities.
• Ensure effective client onboarding, KYC and account-opening processes.
• Monitor daily trading, sales and revenue performance of the branch.
• Maintain strong relationships with HNI, retail and institutional clients.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange and company policies.
• Prepare and review MIS, sales reports and branch performance dashboards.
• Handle client escalations and ensure high-quality customer service.

Desired Profile:

• Graduate/MBA/PG preferred; NISM certification will be an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in equity broking, stock market, trading or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, trading products and investment services.
• Proven experience in branch management and team handling.
• Strong sales, networking, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Good local market knowledge and a strong business network.
• Target-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills.
