Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Placement Officer to maximize truck procurement at the most competitive freight rates.
• Build and expand a strong network of booking offices to drive consistent indent procurement.
• Manage customer collections and resolve issues related to final freight settlements in a timely manner.
• Ensure seamless operations through effective cross-functional collaboration with central operations teams.
• Oversee timely collection and processing of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
• Monitor vehicle movement and ensure proactive tracking for operational efficiency.
• Strengthen supply availability by building, maintaining, and actively engaging a robust network of transport partners.
