Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, including sales, customer service, and security.
  
• Oversee daily activities of the branch team to achieve targets and goals.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective sales techniques.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in retail banking or related field (preferably from BFSI industry).
  
• Strong understanding of branch handling, branch management, branch operations, CASA (Current Account Savings Account), retail liabilities, and retail sales principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork.
