Role & Responsibilities:

• Assess and conduct Personal Discussions (PD) for loan applicants to evaluate creditworthiness and eligibility.
• Oversee overall branch operations, including business development, loan disbursals, and collection activities.
• Drive branch targets by sourcing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality portfolio growth.
• Monitor and manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth branch functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
• Resolve customer queries and grievances promptly and professionally.
• Monitor branch expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in branch management, preferably in banking or NBFC/lending sector.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment, loan processing, and collection activities.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle administrative responsibilities and business targets efficiently.
