Strategic planning and business development

• Study the market potential; Interact with customer to understand their business, product requirements, range and other service requirements
• Set sales target as per VP- ops directive
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Increase the business by formulating marketing strategy for showroom along with Showroom Manager and get it approved from HO
• Ensure excellent customer relationship through continuous interaction and frequent business meetings, providing immediate attendance to customer requirement, proper grievance redressal, and ensuring customer satisfaction during every transaction

Sales Process

• Continuously motivates sales team towards their targets, conduct periodic performance evaluation, reward good performers and take corrective action for low performers
• Follow and ensure the customer experience monitoring system to ensure utmost customer satisfaction in every point.

Reporting & MIS

• Participate in daily sales meetings, product review meeting to decide on seasonality and trends; complaints review meeting; quarterly meeting with HO to discuss on sales projection, trends and other related things
• Conduct periodical market survey and report head of operations for counter action
• Study competitor activity on a regular basis and suggest action plan.
• Participate in monthly Branch Sales Meeting to discuss the sales targets, current position and share minutes of the meeting with HO.

Other Activities

• Hold responsibility along with AM / CC for the vault security protocols
• Supervision of employee training and capacity building
• Approve petty cash expenses
• Conduct performance appraisals
• Ensure employee compliance to organisational norms and requirements
• Conduct weekly meeting and provide performance review for showroom employees
