Branch Manager - Travel Agency

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to setup and lead our upcoming Kochi office, oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and build strong client and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Develop business through corporate client acquisition and holiday sales.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.
• Oversee flight bookings, holiday packages, visa services, and travel-related operations.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Implement sales strategies to expand the company's market presence in Kerala.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably with managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate travel, holiday packages, and travel operations.
• Proven sales, business development, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to establish and grow a new branch.
