- Coaching team to build agent base.

- Sourcing the right business as per Kotak Business Standards

- Owner of Branch topline bottom-line

- Collaborate with other functions and drive seamless operations

Preferred candidate profile

Profile should be from Insurance Industry with Agency Channel experience only.

Profile with men management exposure is a first choice. Senior Sales Manager with proven record can be considered.

- Graduate with 10 years of experience in Insurance (Certification from III would be an additional advantage)

- Able to manage a team of 8-10 Sales Managers

- Understand Agency Model

- Stable profile with proven track record

- Domain expert and able to take strategic business decisions
