Job Summary


Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team of branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Monitor financial performance of the branch, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Implement and enforce security and safety protocols within the branch.
• Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within a medical device or healthcare-related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable business unit.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements within the healthcare industry is a plus.
