Branch Manager:

• Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including lending, product sales, customer service,
• Enhance and contribute in the growth of the company through Business Development
• Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales.
• Prepare and review monthly activity calendar of activities for RO/RM/SM.
• Ensure proper on-boarding of all new customers acquired
• Conduct daily morning huddles to discuss daily plan and agenda for employees
• Maintain customer relationship through sourcing and on-boarding process
• Monitor DSR (Daily Sales report) on a regular basis
• Mentor/Guide new joinees as well as existing branch employees.
• Timely Closure of OTC and PDD.

Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer:

• Generate new customer leads through direct sourcing or via connectors.
• Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities
• Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
• Achieving the monthly sales targets, Cross sell assets and fee products
• Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the company
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement.
• Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
• Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups.
