Job Description

YES BANK is hiring experienced Branch Managers currently working with private sector banks in Mumbai.

We are looking for candidates with proven branch management experience, strong business development capabilities, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to drive branch performance.

Mandatory Candidate Criteria

• Must be currently working as a Branch Manager in a private sector bank in Mumbai.
• Must be a local Mumbai candidate. Relocation candidates will not be considered.
• Candidates must currently hold the Branch Manager designation.
• Candidates from ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, IndusInd Bank, Citi and Standard Chartered are preferred.
• Candidates must have relevant banking experience and a proven track record in branch operations, business growth and team management.

Strictly Not Acceptable

• Deputy Branch Managers
• Assistant Branch Managers
• Relationship Heads
• Candidates holding any designation other than Branch Manager
• Candidates currently working outside Mumbai who would need to relocate

Important: Candidates who do not currently hold the Branch Manager designation will not be considered, irrespective of their experience or seniority.

Compensation

Maximum CTC: 12 LPA (SM), subject to eligibility and client approval.

Interview Process

• Interviews are expected to commence from Wednesday, 14 October 2026.
• First round: Virtual interview.
• Shortlisting will be based on the mandatory criteria above.
