Accountable for liabilities and assets growth, third-party revenue, and branch profitability; ensures audit-ready operations, KYC/AML adherence, and risk control; builds a high-performing team and deepens relationships with priority customers.

Qualifications:
Graduate, MBA preferred

- Deliver CASA, TD, loan and TPP targets with balanced growth and profitability
- Drive service excellence, ensure quick grievance closure, and promote digital adoption
- Maintain operational hygiene: cash/vault control, EOD, documentation and record keeping
- Achieve strong audit ratings; close observations within timelines; zero tolerance for breaches
- Plan manpower, coach and review staff; run performance and succession routines
- Monitor P&L levers (yields, fees, cost-to-income) and execute corrective actions.
