Job Description

• Manage end-to-end branch operations and ensure smooth gold loan processing.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team to achieve business and collection targets.
• Handle customer acquisition, gold loan disbursal, renewals, repayments, and closures.
• Ensure proper gold valuation, security, cash management, KYC, and documentation.
• Monitor branch portfolio, collections, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and operational guidelines.
• Conduct regular team reviews and support employee performance and development.

Eligibility & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in team handling/people management.
• Experience in Gold Loans / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer handling, and target-oriented skills.
