Job Description

• Manage overall branch operations and drive gold loan business growth.
• Achieve branch sales, revenue and portfolio targets.
• Lead, motivate and manage the branch team effectively.
• Ensure smooth gold loan operations from customer acquisition to loan closure.
• Monitor gold appraisal, KYC, cash handling and documentation as per company guidelines.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Drive customer acquisition, renewals, collections and cross-selling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor branch performance, portfolio quality and daily operations.
