Branch Manager - Investigation

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a highly motivated professional for the role of Branch Manager - Investigation (BPMG). The incumbent will be responsible for managing Commercial Bank RCU activities, fraud risk control, investigations, and risk analysis for the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Commercial Bank RCU activities at the designated location.
• Monitor and control fraud risks across Urban and Rural markets.
• Conduct investigations and fraud risk assessments.
• Prepare and manage MIS, Risk Analysis, and Fraud Analysis reports.
• Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and control frameworks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for effective risk mitigation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Policy, Process, Risk Control, Investigation, Audit, Fraud Risk, or Compliance functions.
• Exposure to Retail Assets and Fraud Risk Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good networking and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and team management skills.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative approach.
