Salary- 6 LPA

Main Tasks

: To lead a team for consistent business development, customer acquisition and retention and for achieving business & revenue targets while ensuring quality service to customers, operational adherence, asset quality of portfolio

Skill Sets

• Basic Gold & Precious metals market Knowledge in India
• Basic Gold Market prevailing at the native market (The state which the Muthoot Gold Point is located )
• Ability to motivate subordinates
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Performance and target driven approach to business development
• Administrative abilities
• Basic Computer knowledge and our software
• Negotiation on the price with the customer
