This full-time, on-site role in Surat includes monitoring sales targets, driving business development for gold loan products, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop branch staff.
• Proficiency in sales, business development, and customer relationship management within financial services or related sectors.
• Solid understanding of lending, investments, and basic banking or NBFC operations, including risk and compliance practices.
• Ability to analyze financial data, track branch performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in branch management, retail finance, or NBFC/banking operations in India for gold loan
