Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations and achieve monthly business targets.
• Drive Gold Loan sales, customer acquisition, and disbursement.
• Build relationships with customers, agents, and local business partners.
• Lead, train, and motivate the branch team.
• Ensure proper gold appraisal, KYC, documentation, and disbursement.
• Maintain the safety and security of pledged gold and branch cash.
• Monitor loan portfolio quality and ensure timely recovery.
• Ensure compliance with NBFC policies, RBI guidelines, and audit requirements.
• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
